Credit Card:

All customers, except for schools, colleges & education centres, must pay for orders by credit card.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard & Laser.  Credit Card transaction will not be carried out on your credit card until goods are packed and ready to be dispatched from our stores.

Invoice:

This option is set up for schools or companies that hold an account with us. Please contact us if you wish to set up an account with us. Your Invoice will be processed once order is dispatched.

 Delivery Charges:

Artist Supplies: Carriage is €6.00 per order (These items must be purchased from Art & Crafts section of website e.g. heavier products such as; Clay, plaster, reams of paper etc... not included, as they are part of our Education section).

Education Supplies: Carriage is calculated at the cost of approximately €6.00 per 30kg, due to heavier products such as; Clays, Plaster, Reams of paper etc... Free Delivery on all orders over the value of €350

Before your order is dispatched we will contact you with your total amount including carriage.

Dispatching Goods:

All items are subject to availability. Before goods are dispatched, we will contact you in relation to

- any items currently out of stock with an option of a substitute product, dispatch order without that item, or hold order until item arrives in stock.

- Total cost including carriage.

- Delivery date & time that suits you.

Once your order dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email which will state a DHL parcel number, in case you wish to track your order once it has left our premises. You can do this on www.dhl.ie

Prices:

To the best of our knowledge all prices shown on the website are correct and include Vat @ 21.5% (except for books and Mod Roc, both vat exempt). In the event that there is a price change we will notify you before your order is dispatched.

Refunds:

Please contact Cregal Art Ltd if any items are damaged or unsuitable within 7 days.

- Goods must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase and a reason for returning.

- Costs incurred for returning goods are not refundable, except in the event of damaged goods.

- Goods must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
